REMARKS:

  1. Registration Fee (without acoommodation) option covers only entrance to the Hotel Daily for making presentation between 9:00-17:00.
  2. With Accommodation options cover all inclusive staying at IC Santai Family Resort Hotel in 7-10 November 2026.
  3. In standard room, staying with to adults; first child is free of charge for 0-11.99 age, second child is free of charge for 0-1.99 age, second child has 50% discount for 2-8.99 age. 
  4. The all-inclusive concept includes all food and beverage options, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, lobby bar, mini-bar, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  5. Additional accommodation will be charged with standard room prices.
  6. For received cancellations after 20 October 2026 will not be refund payment.
  7. All refunds will be made after the conference.
