Submission

The COIA 2024  is technically supported by IEEE Turkey Section for the first time. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

The paper must contain original contributions according to the conference topics. Important notice about plagiarism: Please be advised about the IEEE plagiarism policy available here.

All submissions must be submitted through the online system. All submitted papers must be written in English and should be prepared to the IEEE style for conference papers. Accepted papers must be 4-6 pages, including references, figures, and tables. All publication material for presentation must be original, unpublished, and not considered elsewhere for publication. 1. Abstracts should be prepared in LaTeX according to the IEEE style.
2. Prepare your abstract and generate a .zip file following the guidelines below.
3. Compress together the source .tex file, the figure file and the .pdf file to a single .zip file. The names of .tex, .pdf and .zip file should be in the form:  surname_name.tex, surname_name.pdf, surname_name.zip.
4. In your conference account click the “New” button, further complete the form (category, title of talk, abstract) and upload only the surname_name.zip file and Submit your abstract. You may access your account in Registration section.

The abstracts not meeting the requirements will not be considered.

Our advice is to submit early which will give you extra time to identify and resolve any problems before the system closes. The registration/abstract submission deadline on  June 15, 2024.

* Note: Paper publication requires presentation at the conference, either in-person or virtual. IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper that was not presented from distribution after the Conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore.

After a careful reviewing process, all accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference, which will be submitted for indexing to Web of Science: Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

The PROCEEDINGS of COIA 2018  and  COIA 2020 are indexed in Web of Science: Conference Proceedings Citation Index.

Full versions of the selected abstracts presented at the conference will be published in the following journals after undergoing review process:
